After discussing the sale of your nursery we will send you a Nursery Particulars Form to fill in with all the details about your nursery and the No Sale No Fee agreement.

These need to be returned to us along with a copy of your Prospectus / Brochure / Parent Pack. We also ask for the latest copy of your Profit and Loss Sheet from your accounts. This helps us to prepare the particulars for the sale of your nursery.

Once we have received all the information about your nursery from the Nursery Particulars Form, your Prospectus and Profit and Loss Sheet, copy of your EPC Certificate, we will prepare the draft advert. We then send you a username and password to log into the site so you can review the details for agreement or amendment.

When you have agreed all the details in the advert are correct, we then make the advert live on the site and the details are sent out to our list of registered buyers matching their requirements to your nursery.

After reading the details, buyers show an interest in your nursery, we contact them to discuss further and if they are genuinely interested we give them your name and telephone number for them to contact you directly. At no time is the name of the nursery or exact location disclosed to any buyer, it is at your discretion after you have spoken to them to give the buyer those details. Confidentiality is kept at all times.

Once we have introduced you to a buyer we do not insist on being involved in detailed negotiations as buyers and sellers are often happy to deal directly. However, it is sometimes helpful if we are involved, either as general facilitators, to act as a medium for negotiation prior to agreeing a price, or simply to assist in keeping an impartial perspective on the situation leading to a successful sale.

There are no monthly fees just a one off up front set up fee of £100 which is deducted from your final sale fee. The final sale fee is only payable upon completion of the sale so you can get the maximum market value for your business.
